If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be an adult, provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and confirm birth inputs before buying a report. Adults are responsible for guardian-managed child profiles.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Readings are cultural and reflective guidance. They are not medical, legal, financial, fertility, or safety advice and do not guarantee outcomes.

Chart calculation and interpretation are labeled beta during the soft launch. Use the discrepancy and feedback actions to report concerns.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

Premium subscriptions, permanent profile slots, and Detailed Jathagam reports are billed through the provider shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and platform currency are displayed before purchase.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping at abusive rates, sending spam, infringing others' rights, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates this section.

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
