Jothish.ai provides private Vedic birth charts, reflective forecasts, paid reports, and read-only family sharing.

Use the authenticated support flow for privacy questions and data requests.

Account information: email address or phone number, display name, authentication identifiers, preferred language, timezone, and notification preferences.

Private birth information: profile name, relationship, birth date and time, birthplace, coordinates, historical UTC offset, timezone, and chart preferences. These fields are encrypted at the application layer.

Derived astrology information: versioned chart facts, forecasts, reports, schedules, and family access grants.

Usage and device data: pages viewed, app events, browser or device type, push token, and diagnostic data needed to operate the Service. Birth information is excluded from analytics and logs.

Payment data: billing status and plan details from our payment providers (such as LemonSqueezy or RevenueCat). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Communications: messages you send through support, waitlist, blog subscribe, or invite forms, including email address and optional name.

To authenticate users and calculate, store, and display versioned Vedic charts, forecasts, reports, and authorized family shares.

To process subscriptions and report purchases, deliver privacy-safe inbox and mobile push notifications, and respond to support requests.

To detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, place and historical timezone resolution, mobile notifications, analytics, email, and payments.

AI interpretation receives only derived astrological signals. We do not send names, birth inputs, coordinates, contact details, or account identifiers to the model provider.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep private account and astrology data while your account is active. Versioned paid reports remain tied to the chart snapshot confirmed at purchase.

Deleting your account removes profiles, charts, forecasts, reports, shares, schedules, inbox data, and sign-in access. Only legally required anonymized payment records are retained.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site data for this domain or contacting us. Marketing or blog email includes an unsubscribe link.

We use HTTPS, access controls, authenticated APIs, application-layer encryption for birth information, restricted provider keys, and privacy-safe logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Only adults may create accounts. An adult guardian may create a child profile. Child profiles hide raw birth details from recipients and exclude adult predictive categories.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
