Refund eligibility depends on the platform that processed the payment and applicable consumer law.

• Web subscriptions and one-time purchases follow the refund terms shown by the web checkout provider.
• Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are managed by the applicable store. Submit refund requests through that store.
• Contact support promptly if a payment is duplicated, unauthorized, or not reflected in your account.
